Exchange and return policy :
All goods can be exchanged within a period not exceeding three days from the arrival of the shipment, provided the product is in its original condition.
- The product can be returned within 24 hours of its arrival.
- The refund will be issued according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made in cash, the refund will be issued in cash if available. If it was made through cards (Mada - Visa - MasterCard), the amount taken will be deducted from the bank transaction fees, and the refund will be processed within three to 14 working days.
- The item cannot be exchanged or returned if it has been resized, enlarged, or its color changed.
- Products purchased through the installment system (Tabby, Tamara) cannot be returned, and the exchange will be for the same amount or more with the difference.
- For health reasons, items that affect public health (throat - nose ring) are neither exchanged nor returned.
- Upon arrival of the shipment at the company headquarters, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Diamond of Happiness has the right to cancel the order without prior notice in the following cases:
Order not available, pricing error, required size unavailable With a full refund to the customer.
- When requesting a product return, 50 riyals will be deducted as a delivery fee to the customer and 50 riyals as a delivery fee from the customer to the store.
